First, go to any site with music videos. Find one you want to listen to.

Type in the song's name and lyrics.
You should be able to find the words. Have both windows open as you listen.
Example. Here are the lyrics from Beyonce's Best thing I never had.
Open that window. Change the size so it is about half your screen.
Then play the youtube video. Enjoy.
