The kindness curriculum
The kindness curriculum is a project at the Center for Healthy Minds at the University of Wisconsin - Madison. It aims to teach kindness and mindfulness to young learners.
Marc has adapted several lessons from the curriculum for EFL (English as a Foreign Language). He and his university students have taught the lessons at Miyagi Gakuin's Mori no kodomoen (Children of the Forest Garden).
