Yoga breathing for kids.
When kids get angry, sometimes they get super angry. They can't really control their emotions. Yoga breathing is one way to help. It give kids (and adults) a way to control their own mind and emotions.
Step 1: Read this article: 4 Breathing Exercises for kids
Take notes. Use this tasksheet.
Step 2: Work with a partner. Talk about how to do each activity. This can be in Japanese, English or both.
Step 3: Mini mogi-jugyo. Work with your partner. Take turns. One of you is the teacher. One of you is the child. Teach the activities.
Do this in English. Enjoy.
